Joint Compatibility of Victron and Dyness Allows for an Enhanced User Experience

2024-09-19

Leveraging advanced technology and robust partnerships, Dyness is officially compatible with Victron, the famous inverter brand from the Netherlands. Founded in 1975, Victron is a Dutch brand of inverters and chargers, owning a strong, unrivalled reputation for technical innovation, reliability, and build quality. Its products are widely considered to be the professional choice for independent electric power. With a global reach, Victron provides bespoke power solutions to a diverse customer base. Dyness, the long-standing player in the energy storage market, has established itself as a match with Victron for its global market-proven capabilities and full lifecycle services.

According to mutual authorization, all 48V Multis, MultiPlus, Quattros and RS inverters of Victron are compatible with Dyness all 48V and 51V low-voltage residential batteries. Among them, B4850, DL5.0C, and Powerbrick are the featured products. Paired with Victron inverters, these solutions will provide users with a superior experience in safety, performance, configuration, operation and maintenance, unlocking more energy and providing an enhanced user experience.

Further Guaranteed Safety

Safety is the top priority for energy storage products and Dyness integrated many safety measures into product design to guarantee it. For instance, all low-voltage batteries are equipped with a short-circuit lockout function, which actively protects the battery by locking out when a short circuit persists externally to ensure safety. In addition, passive protection units incorporated into Dyness products like DL5.0C can automatically prevent the occurrence of dangerous overcurrents. Furthermore, all newly launched Dyness products such as the Powerbrick, support optional aerosol fire extinguishers with detection and sensing elements to prevent fires and improve safety.

More Robust Performance

The Dyness low-voltage battery series supports up to 1C charging and discharging ratio, making it ideal for use in situations where high shock loads and a reliable power supply are needed. Its operational performance is also optimized. For instance, it still maintains normal operation when it faces sudden peak voltage or current. What's more, the pre-discharging function enhances voltage balance and ensures product stability and durability. Its MOS-tube protection setting can also easily handle short-circuit problems.

Moreover, Dyness' latest low-voltage products such as DL5.0C also support the optional low-temperature auto-heating function, with an operating temperature range of -20 to 55°C. This feature guarantees optimum environmental resilience and uninterrupted battery operation even in extremely cold winters, in countries such as Sweden, Norway and Finland.

More Flexible Configuration

The Dyness low-voltage battery series like DL5.0C is capable of supporting up to 50 units in parallel, allowing the system capacity to be expanded from 5.12kWh to 256kWh for a variety of applications. When connected in parallel, the master and slave battery can be automatically assigned IP addresses, saving time on commissioning. Furthermore, the Dyness battery features a current-limiting function that allows it to charge in an intelligent way to realize self-balancing, even when the capacity of the parallel modules differs. The system allows for the integration of 0% and 100% power modules, offering customers a high degree of flexibility in terms of energy options.

Optimized Users Experience

Dyness products are designed with a modular, minimalist aesthetic and are straightforward to install, offering robust adaptability to a range of installation environments. Addiitionally, the Dyness battery is equipped with a WiFi module, enabling real-time monitoring of operating data and remote troubleshooting. What's more, the remote OTA upgrade function streamlines system maintenance. Dyness's self-developed Dyness Smart APP provides real-time monitoring of the system running and battery health condition, and intelligent optimization for the system operation such as SOC, offering smart interactive experience.

Dyness's diverse product portfolio tailored for a range of application scenarios and various customer demands brings comprehensive and reliable energy storage solutions to the global market. Joint compatibility with Victron inverters further empowers Dyness to offer more efficient and safe solutions for users to get independent electric power.
