Background
The Czech state of Liberec (Liberecký kraj) is located in northern Bohemia and is known for its mountains and rural residential areas. In recent years, more and more families are choosing to live away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in areas of natural beauty but with limited access to energy. Faced with rising electricity prices and an aging grid, these residents have become interested in self-generated clean energy.
The users of this project, a family of four living in a detached house in the mountains, have long relied on utility power, which is costly and weather-prone. They are keen to increase their household energy independence in a sustainable way, while at the same time combining ease of use and system stability.
Introduction
With the help of a local partner installer, the family deployed an intelligent energy storage system consisting of the Dyness Tower T14+ and GoodWe inverters, which has a modular, stackable structure that flexibly adapts to the family's energy needs at different stages of its life, with a current installed capacity of 14kWh that can be expanded to 23kWh on demand, to meet the long-term electricity consumption plans of large households.
Tower series Residential Energy Storage system adopts advanced lithium iron phosphate technology, with performance advantages such as remote upgrade, APP real-time monitoring, waterproof and dustproof, which is suitable for the variable climate of the Czech mountainous region. The installation process is quick and easy, and the battery modules are connected by wireless bundles, which saves space and improves the stability of the whole system. Its wide compatibility with mainstream inverters also provides local families with a higher degree of freedom in system combination.
Customer Value
Since the system was put into operation, the Czech family's electricity expenses have dropped significantly, and their quality of life has improved significantly with PV power during the day and electricity at night. tower T14+ not only guarantees a stable power supply, but also opens the door for them to move towards a green energy life. This project demonstrates the resilience and high performance of Dyness products in European rural residential scenarios, and provides a solid example for more households wishing to achieve energy autonomy.
