1. Provide after-sales technical support to solve problems encountered by customers when using the product;

2. Responsible for product installation, commissioning and training to ensure that customers can use the products correctly and safely;

3. Responsible for fault diagnosis and maintenance in after-sales service, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of maintenance;

4. Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and opinions and provide timely feedback to relevant departments;

5. Assist the sales team to provide customers with professional technical consultation and solutions.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics, electrical engineering, automation and other related majors;

2. More than 2 years of working experience in related fields, those with working experience in the Netherlands are preferred, and the company can provide work visa;

3. Proficient in the maintenance and debugging skills of electronic products;

4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communicate effectively with customers at different levels;

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and passionate about solving challenging problems.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete project technical docking, scheme preparation, technical and economic comparison, bidding, technical exchanges, FAT support, etc.;

2. Solve the internal and external coordination and other related demand issues during the project promotion process;

3. Technical marketing activities such as customer demand response, technical docking, customer demand guidance, etc.;

4. Develop and maintain technical customer relationships, influence key technical decision-makers, and maintain or change their support tendencies;

5. Collect and provide feedback on typical application cases, and support case packaging and publicity planning;

6. Promote product solutions on the client side and support marketing activities such as exhibitions and forums;

7. Collect product operation status and provide feedback, put forward suggestions for product function improvement and performance optimization, and provide input for product planning;

8. Collect information on competitors’ product technology solutions, product quotations, technology marketing activity planning and implementation plans, etc.;

9. Self-professional capacity building for the position, internal experience sharing, sales training, etc.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, power electronics, power system, automation or related science and engineering majors;

2. More than three years of pre-sales technical experience or more than one year of relevant pre-sales experience in the new energy industry;

3. Familiar with product solutions and business processes;

4. Proficient in English communication and English document writing (for overseas and foreign-related positions);

5. Have strong communication and coordination skills, strong sense of teamwork and customer service;

6. Have basic knowledge of photovoltaic storage systems and the ability to design solutions for product applications;

7. Master the job skills of technical support for industrial products.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the content planning and operation of overseas social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

2. Responsible for the promotion, updating and maintenance of the company's brand and products on new media and portals at home and abroad, and record and ensure the promotion effect.

3. Develop domestic and international PR media and celebrity resources, expand resource exchanges between social networking sites or fan groups, and be responsible for external marketing and media cooperation.

4. Ability to plan various promotional plans based on product attributes and corporate culture, combined with social hot events, to enhance fan stickiness and brand activity.

5. Responsible for the layout of social media platforms, planning, building, supervision and execution of content production matrix.

6. Be good at building corporate or personal IP and planning related content.

7. Analyze and understand the needs of users and customers, and adjust the content construction of new media platforms based on these needs.

8. Be good at using professional operation data analysis tools to analyze fans’ new media operation indicators and improve operation efficiency and effectiveness.

9. Participate in the planning of brand operation and promotion activities.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, about 5 years of work experience, good at new media content production and promotion, and has certain new media mutual promotion resources.

2. English can be used as working language, Arabic is preferred (familiar with Arabic culture), and familiar with the advertising process of overseas video platforms.

3. Be familiar with off-site traffic and evaluation channels, and know how to collaborate with on-site operators to create hot products.

4. Familiar with the rules of major deals websites: Able to independently plan plans, write articles and publish product posts and event posts.

5. Be good at grasping the direction of public opinion, tracking foreign hot spots, and activating fans.

6. Have strong communication skills and innovative consciousness.
