Recently, a 400kWh STACK100 high-voltage energy storage system was successfully commissioned in Austria. The project consists of 80 STACK100 battery modules (S51100), working seamlessly with Deye inverters to deliver a stable and efficient energy storage solution for local users. The successful delivery of this project marks an important breakthrough for the STACK series in the European residential energy storage market and sets a benchmark for the large-scale application of high-voltage energy storage systems in German-speaking regions.

Focusing on premium markets, precisely matching requirements
As a key energy market within the German-speaking region, Austria has witnessed sustained growth in demand for high-voltage residential and small commercial/industrial energy storage systems. This expansion is driven by multiple factors, including energy transition, persistent electricity price increases, rapid development of distributed photovoltaics, and government energy subsidies. Meanwhile, the increasing adoption of high-power loads such as heat pumps and electric vehicles has placed higher demands on energy storage systems in terms of power density, safety, and grid stability.
Against this backdrop, high-voltage energy storage solutions featuring high efficiency, strong safety performance, and flexible scalability are becoming the mainstream choice in the local market.
In this project, the customer chose Dyness STACK100 not only for its modular, plug-and-play, and internal-wiring-free design, but also for its comprehensive advantages in safety, installation efficiency, and system scalability—delivering a one-stop, sustainable energy solution for end users.

Outstanding Product Strength Creates a Benchmark Project
The Dyness STACK100 energy storage system is designed for high-end residential and small C&I applications. Its rack-free, modular, stackable design significantly simplifies traditional installation processes. On-site deployment is highly efficient, with a single cluster completed in just 30 minutes, greatly reducing system complexity and installation costs.
In this case, the 400 kWh system capacity fully demonstrates the core strength of STACK100: flexible expansion. Each cluster supports 3–15 S51100 battery modules, with up to 12 clusters in parallel, enabling expansion up to 921 kWh. This provides ample room for future energy demand growth. Its support for 1C high-rate charge/discharge capability not only meets daily backup power and self-generation/self-consumption requirements for efficient cycling, but also enables participation in potential value-added grid ancillary services (such as frequency regulation), significantly enhancing the project's long-term investment return.

Regarding safety, STACK100 is equipped with an integrated intelligent fire protection system capable of detecting and automatically extinguishing fires within 5 seconds, offering high-level and reliable safety protection. In addition, its wide operating temperature range of –20°C to 55°C, combined with an optional self-heating function, ensures stable operation even during cold Alpine winters—demonstrating excellent environmental adaptability.
After commissioning, the project has effectively improved power supply reliability and PV self-consumption rates, delivering a more stable and sustainable energy experience for users amid grid fluctuations and high electricity prices.
Continuous STACK Series Upgrades for an Enhanced Experience
Since its launch in 2024, STACK100 has been successfully deployed and operated stably in multiple countries and regions, earning broad market recognition. Driven by continuously expanding application scenarios, Dyness has been actively advancing the iterative upgrades of the STACK series.
In mid-2025, Dyness introduced the higher-capacity STACK280 (280Ah), followed by the launch of STACK100 Pro in December 2025. Featuring an IP66 protection rating, STACK100 Pro extends the STACK series beyond indoor installations to a wider range of outdoor applications, including communities, villas, supermarkets, and farms—better meeting deployment needs in complex environments.
From single households to communities and C&I parks, Dyness full-scenario energy storage solutions now serve and safeguard more than 500,000 users worldwide, bringing clean energy into everyday life and empowering industries across the globe.
