Background
In Batangas, Philippines, the power system is frequently hit by natural disasters and power outages have become a non-negligible problem in the lives of residents. Especially during the typhoon season, the uncertainty of household power consumption causes great disturbance to daily life and equipment operation.
This local family originally relied on diesel generators as a backup power source, but with high maintenance costs, noise and pollution, they were in desperate need of a cleaner, more efficient alternative. Following a recommendation from a partner installer, they learned about and chose the Dyness PowerBox Pro.
Introduction
The project deploys two PowerBox Pro Household Energy Storage systems with a total capacity of 20kWh, which, combined with the solar system, builds a stable closed-loop model of daytime power generation and nighttime power consumption.PowerBox Pros are highly secure, with support for short-circuit lockout and anti-surge protection, which is particularly suitable for environments with frequent voltage fluctuations in the local area.
With IP65 protection, flexible wall/floor mounting, and the convenience of not requiring HUB parallelization, the system can maintain efficient operation even in hot and humid tropical climates.
Customer Value
Upon completion of the installation, the family realized uninterrupted power supply for the first time during a typhoon and was no longer scrambling for sudden power cuts. The home's refrigeration equipment, communication tools, and lighting system have all remained stable, and the quality of life has been greatly improved. They said that PowerBox Pro brings not only power security, but also peace of mind and freedom for the whole family.
