Background
New Zealand has a wide range of independent homes and ample solar energy resources, and residents are highly receptive to green energy, but some remote areas still suffer from unstable power grids or maintenance difficulties. In recent years, more and more households have begun to deploy PV+storage systems to enhance power independence and reduce electricity bills.
The customer is located in a suburb of New Zealand's South Island, where homes are far from the main grid access point and often face power interruptions during bad weather. The client wanted to install an easy-to-operate, stable and outdoor installable home energy storage system to ensure that their daily life is not interrupted.
Introduction
To meet customer needs, Dyness offers an integrated energy storage system solution based on the Cygni series. The system supports 8kW and 10kW power options, with a capacity range of 7.68kWh to 15.36kWh, which is suitable for different household load scenarios, and can satisfy the basic electricity consumption as well as support the operation of high-power equipment.
Cygni's wire-free, free-stacking design simplifies the installation process and allows full capacity charging in just one hour, realizing efficient deployment and fast usage. It is IP66 rated for outdoor installation in New Zealand's humid and volatile climate. Built-in active fire protection and cell equalization technologies ensure safe system operation. On-site technical support from Dyness engineers ensures smooth delivery of the system.
Customer Value
After the system is installed, the customer's home can still keep lighting, cooling and office equipment running in the face of extreme weather and grid failures, significantly improving the quality of life. cygni's integrated structure and convenient deployment greatly reduces the difficulty of installation and maintenance; stable charging and discharging performance and remote monitoring capabilities, and for the first time, the customer truly experience the “ready to use” sense of energy independence. Stable charging and discharging performance and remote monitoring capability also enabled the customer to experience the “ready-to-use” energy independence for the first time. This project not only demonstrates Dyness' technical adaptability for residential scenarios, but also reaffirms our professional delivery and service capabilities in overseas markets.
