The Dyness DH200F is an integrated air-cooled solar-storage-diesel cabinet capable of DC-coupling photovoltaics, achieving efficient utilization of renewable energy and multi-energy complementarity. Its highly integrated design not only optimizes energy management but also incorporates a comprehensive active safety protection system, including an intelligent dual fire protection and exhaust explosion-proof system, which ensures the equipment's intrinsic safety.

Before discussing the DH200F fire protection system, we must mention a key module: the composite detector. The DH200F features a highly selective and sensitive photoelectric smoke sensor, CO sensor, and temperature sensor, effectively reducing false alarm rates. It collects and monitors air parameters in real time and at high frequency, promptly reporting any anomalies and preventing fires from occurring in their earliest stages. Upon detecting an anomaly, the detector transmits a fire warning or fault message via CAN communication to terminals such as the fire controller, BMS, EMS, or display instrument.

  • The first level of the DH200F's intelligent dual fire protection system involves aerosol firefighting. The system is equipped with a composite detector that monitors CO concentration, temperature, and smoke inside the cabinet in real time. When a temperature anomaly is detected, accompanied by a CO or smoke alarm, the aerosol fire extinguishing device automatically activates. Thermal aerosols are condensed aerosols formed by the condensation process. After leaving the flame, the combustion products cool and condense into solid particles. Due to their extremely small particle size and excellent diffusivity, they can bypass obstacles and enter tiny gaps, exhibiting properties similar to those of a gas. Furthermore, their low settling properties allow them to remain suspended in the fireproof space for extended periods. Aerosols are primarily composed of gases (such as N₂, with small amounts of CO₂ and CO), while solid particles are primarily metal oxides and carbonates. Through multiple processes, including heat absorption and cooling by the particles, chemical inhibition in the gas/solid phases, and dilution with inert gas, they achieve efficient fire extinguishing. Aerosols do not require pressure vessels for installation and use. Their modular design simplifies selection and installation while ensuring a long lifespan.

  • The second layer of the DH200F's intelligent dual fire protection system is water fire protection. With the rapid development of the global energy storage market, water fire protection systems, as a core safety module for energy storage, are the last line of defense in fire management systems. The DH200F features a built-in fire hose. In the event of thermal runaway within the cabinet, the sluice gate can be manually opened, and sprinklers on the cabinet top can be used to spray the entire energy storage cabinet with water to extinguish the fire. Water, a commonly used fire extinguishing medium, offers advantages such as high fire extinguishing efficiency and low cost. The cabinet-level water fire protection system creates a blanket of water mist by spraying large amounts of water, effectively isolating the air from the burning materials, thereby achieving the desired fire extinguishing effect.

Energy storage stations mostly use lithium batteries, which are prone to generating flammable and explosive gases. If a battery spontaneously ignites, it could explode within a short period of time, seriously threatening the safety of on-site personnel and the normal operation of equipment. Therefore, a comprehensive energy storage explosion venting and exhaust system is essential for routine maintenance and incident response. This system provides real-time monitoring and rapid ventilation during firefighting to prevent the accumulation of flammable gases and explosions. The Daqin Digital Energy DH200F is equipped with a comprehensive active exhaust and explosion-proof system to safeguard the safe operation of energy storage systems. Electronically controlled explosion-proof valves are installed on the front and rear panels of the energy storage cabinet for air intake and exhaust, respectively. When the CO concentration inside the energy storage cabinet continues to increase, a CO concentration alarm is triggered. The EMS controls the valve, applying a 24V positive-phase voltage signal to the explosion-proof valve, pushing the electric actuator forward, opening the valve and activating the exhaust fan. This rapidly and precisely draws in air through the front panel explosion-proof valve port and releases internal gases and smoke through the rear panel explosion-proof valve port, thereby preventing explosions in sealed products such as the energy storage cabinet or battery pack. After the internal gas and smoke are released, the EMS applies a reverse 24V voltage signal, retracting the electric actuator and automatically closing the explosion-proof valve. To address extreme situations, the DH200F explosion-proof valve also features an autonomous explosion-proof function. This means that if the solenoid is damaged or the control circuit is abnormal, the pressure inside the cabinet is too high, and the top gland cannot be opened electrically, the valve activates a secondary protection function. When the pressure reaches a certain threshold, the spring compresses, pushing open the top gland, allowing the internal gas and smoke to be released quickly and precisely, thus providing autonomous explosion protection. Once the internal pressure drops, the top gland closes, completing the autonomous closure of the explosion-proof valve.
