Background
Although some suburbs in Brazil have good solar energy resources, the municipal power system generally has high and unstable loads, and the acceptance of clean energy by residents is increasing year by year. Especially in the hot season, air conditioners, refrigerators and other loads are frequently used, so it is especially important to ensure the security of electricity.
The project is located in a double-story house in a suburb of São Paulo. The owner, a retired engineer, has invested in sustainable lifestyle modifications after his retirement, and expects his home's energy system to be smarter, more environmentally friendly, and more resistant to grid interruptions.
Introduction
PowerDepot H5B's low-voltage system design is perfectly compatible with home inverters, and supports up to 10 parallel expansion units to meet the energy storage needs of households at different stages. The configuration is ground-mounted, combining an initial capacity of 5.12kWh for easy upgrading.
PowerDepot H5B Household Energy Storage system can operate stably in the range of -20°C to 55°C, and is equipped with an automatic aerosol fire extinguishing system and a battery equalization function, which greatly improves its service life and safety, especially for users in Brazil's hot and humid environments and those who have high requirements for equipment safety.
Customer Value
Since installing PowerDepot H5B, users have significantly improved their home power self-sufficiency, freeing them from dependence on unstable municipal power. The system is stable and easy to maintain, allowing users to enjoy their retirement life with peace of mind and becoming a green energy model for their community neighbors.
